Sion College visits to the College of Arms, London EC4
6.00pm Monday 15th January 2024 OR 6.00pm Tuesday 16th January 2024
Our Sion College visits to the College of Arms - two groups on successive evenings - will be hosted and guided by Thomas Johnston, Rouge Croix Pursuivant, who will speak on the history of heraldry, what the College of Arms does, and the role of the heralds. During time in the Record Room the groups will be shown a selection of records relating in particular to the development of ecclesiastical heraldry.
The evening will conclude with a supper of substantial hot and cold canapés served with wine.
